After many years in event management, I decided to create Taste, to bring together my professional skills with my first loves: My city, Bordeaux, its culture and gastronomy, the world of wine and Bassin d\u2019Arcachon, where I grew up.<\/p>\n

After spending some of my childhood years in Africa, I also lived in London, Paris and – more recently – Tokyo, my second city. My travels in Europe – and especially those throughout Japan and Asia – made me want to discover my own roots, in the same way that I was able to discover those of my host countries.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
