As a native of Bordeaux, I was surrounded by wine culture from a very young age.
After many years in event management, I decided to create Taste, to bring together my professional skills with my first loves: My city, Bordeaux, its culture and gastronomy, the world of wine and Bassin d’Arcachon, where I grew up.
After spending some of my childhood years in Africa, I also lived in London, Paris and – more recently – Tokyo, my second city. My travels in Europe – and especially those throughout Japan and Asia – made me want to discover my own roots, in the same way that I was able to discover those of my host countries.
